MCM Family Housing

Based on Eichlers built in the LA and South Bay area of California. Most of Bob's' designs were based on A. Quincy Jones, Claude Oakland, & Frederick Emmons. Unlike Eichler's that tended to have a single car garage, a single bathroom in a 4 bedroom house, and interior designs that favored architectual aesthics over use; Bob's interpretation had large closets, double garages, two bathrooms at a minimum, and interiors designed to be more condusive to practical family living. While each floorplan of his homes may look simular, each one is slightly different in size and arrangment.
